The Daily
- Comfortable reaching out to athletes to write pieces.
- Streamline own processes to go start-to-finish on pieces within 3 weeks.
- Comfortable marketing pieces on own social media.
The Essentials
- Prior writing experience (does not have to be sports-related, but submission of prior work is part of the
application).
- Comfortable building and maintaining relationships with student-athletes.
- Comfortable having vulnerable conversations about difficult topics in order to help student-athletes.
